Process Groups
Real Change Happens in Relationships
Do you find yourself repeating the same patterns in relationships, even though you understand why they happen? Perhaps you hold back your feelings, worry about disappointing others, avoid conflict, or long for deeper, more authentic connections.
A process therapy group provides a unique opportunity to explore these patterns as they naturally unfold in a safe, supportive group setting. Rather than following a set agenda, we focus on what is happening in the present moment. As members interact, familiar ways of relating often emerge, creating powerful opportunities for insight, emotional growth, and lasting change.
Through honest conversation, thoughtful feedback, and shared experiences, you'll gain a deeper understanding of yourself and how you connect with others. You'll have the chance to experiment with new ways of expressing yourself, strengthen your capacity for closeness, and develop relationships that feel more genuine and fulfilling.
I facilitate the group with warmth, curiosity, and compassion, helping members recognize emotional patterns, move beyond protective habits that no longer serve them, and experience themselves more fully in relationship with others.
This group may be a good fit if you:
Want deeper, more satisfying relationships.
Feel stuck in recurring interpersonal patterns.
Tend to people-please, avoid conflict, or hold back your feelings.
Have done individual therapy and are looking for a more experiential way to grow.
Are open to giving and receiving honest, respectful feedback in a supportive community.
Participation begins with an individual consultation to determine whether the group is a good fit and to help you feel prepared for the experience.
